Our recipe in DAS BRÄU? The best ingredients, traditional recipes and a dash of modernity! Our kitchen crew will always delight you with new creations. The restaurant has been awarded three forks by Falstaff every year since 2018 and has been listed with 2 toques in Gault-Millau since 2019.

But not only the present is exciting. DAS BRÄU can also look back on a long history. At the beginning of the 19th century, beer was lavishly brewed. In 1877 an innovation from France was picked up: for the first time, guests were offered a menu - a specialty at the time. You can marvel at this rare antique in the restaurant today.

We don't make selecting a wine easy for you

The BRÄU wine list abides by our hotel's down-to-earth, exclusive approach: over 500 top Austrian and international wines are served alongside classic favourites. We are also particularly proud of our specialities from France, with an intense focus on Burgundy and Bordeaux. So that everyone can enjoy these fine wines with their meal without having to worry about getting home after, the Hotel Aichinger offers 27 individually furnished rooms
